How to use it

1. Pick one workflow. Don't try to track three. The scorecard is built for a single pilot.
2. Fill in the baseline. Week zero numbers. If you don't have a number, write a sentence describing the current state.
3. Update every two weeks. Each phase has its own column. Same metrics. The trend matters more than any single value.
